The “everywhere balm” is silky and deeply moisturizing yet small enough to toss in my purse and grab whenever I need a quick dose of moisture or protection from harsh weather and constant hand washing. Apply anywhere that feels dry or chapped. It feels absolutely heavenly. Lips, elbows, legs, heels, arms, and everywhere in between! Gently scented with the grounding essential oils of Sandalwood, Geranium, and sensual Ylang Ylang. On busy days I make a point of intentionally reaching for it and creating a moment for myself to get grounded. I tune into my senses, notice the subtle aromas of the essential oils, raw beeswax coming through, even the very subtle nutty and earthy scent of unrefined Murumuru. I close my eyes for the briefest of moments and notice the texture and the feel of the balm on my skin, between my fingertips. I notice how I’m feeling at that exact moment. Am I thoughtlessly rushing about my day? Or am I being present? It only takes a minute or two to get grounded, but these are precious little moments that do wonders for our mental health.
My favorite plant-based butter, Murumuru, gives this balm its wonderfully silky smooth texture, making it nourishing yet not too oily. Little goes a long way btw. Unrefined Murumuru butter is creamy in color and has a gentle nutty and earthy aroma.
